NVAT would like to thank all those who bought tickets for this conference and then donated the return value to our funds. This has enabled NVAT to cover most of its organisational costs, which is deeply appreciated. Obviously activity at this time is severely curtailed - but check the Website for news as some projects are proceeding. The volume on the Orton Barrows site, an important prehistoric monument excavated by the late Don Mackreth, is in the final stages of editing. A new popular summary of Roman activity in the lower Nene Valley by Dr. Stephen Upex, will go to press shortly, and work is continuing on writing up excavations along the line of the A1 and Normagate Field."
Finally, keep well! NVAT wishes all its followers the very best during these troubled times and looks forward to seeing you again."
We are already planning a conference for 2021, which will be announced on the website and by email newsletter.
